Behind every memorable stay at The Haven is a dedicated team of people who work together to make each guest feel at home.
From our reception and housekeeping teams to the kitchen, maintenance, grounds staff, housekeeping and management, every person plays an important role in creating the unique Haven experience.
Today, we’d like to introduce you to the wonderful people who keep The Haven running and who make this special corner of the Wild Coast feel like home for so many guests.
Leading the team is our Acting General Manager, Annake,
whose career has always been centred around people, from customer service and client relations to hospitality and financial operations. She is a people’s person at heart and love creating memorable guest experiences and bringing people together.
Having grown up in Bloemfontein and spent many years in Cape Town, she never imagined the Wild Coast would steal her heart quite the way it has.
When Annake is not looking after guests, you will find her spending time with her dogs, cats and our resident donkey, while supporting animal rescues — a cause very close to her heart. Annake also loves music, cooking, baking and entertaining, especially creating happy memories around a table with family and friends.
Annake believes life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and she looks forward to sharing the beauty, warmth and unique magic of The Haven with every guest who visits.
