It was in 1999 that Mr. Hansmeyer envisaged the need for additional scientists for his company and employed Mr. du Preez,

a Geohydrologist. du Preez also established a solid client base in his specialized field from the Hilton office and it then became evident that a firm had to be established to accommodate all the clients’ needs and Engeolab CC was registered with head office in Witbank, Mpumalanga. Mark Meyer, Pr. joined the company in 2010 adding his knowledge and skills as an experienced and registered Engineering Geologist and Mr. Cilliers, also an Engineering Geologist followed in 2011. All four earth scientists are experienced and skilled groundwater practitioners and besides their engineering geological skills are regularly involved with groundwater projects under the guidance of Jacque Du Preez, a registered and experienced geohydrologist.
