🍴Edible Weeds & Greens~
Chickweed, Spekboom, Portulacca, Amaranthus, Dandelion leaves & roots, Cannibis leaves, Moringa, Beetroot leaves, Pumpkin stem & leaves.

🌶Vegetables~
Lettuce various (4), Peppers, Spring onions, Assorted Chillies (3)

🌿Herbs ~ Sweet Basil, Thai basil, Frilly parsley, Chinese parsley, Rocket, Comfrey, Coriander.

🥑Fruit~ Avos, Lemons, Guavas & Tamarillos.

🍅Bought in ~Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Couscous.

🍋Dressing~ Olive oil, Rice vinegar, Lemon juice, Various chillies, Garlic, Sugar, Salt & Pepper.

Hi I am Graham Chennells. Semi-retired and having a blast running the Guesthouse with the help of my two friends Anthony & Bill. Otherwise keeping fit, cycling & walking and also backpacking around the world regularly. Hoping to open a Guesthouse on Nattaya’s farm in Thailand in 2023.
Nattaya my wife of 10 years has been delayed in Thailand due to Covid19. Here she at some Khymer ruins close to our home there.
