🌸 Spring, A Season of New Beginnings 🌸

As spring unfolds across Moolmanshoek, flowers begin to bloom quietly, revealing beauty that has been growing beneath the surface all along.

At the Moolmanshoek Leadership Development Centre, we see something similar in the young people who come through our gates. Our young leaders of tomorrow are growing, learning, discovering their God given gifts, and developing the character that will shape their future.

Like a flower, leadership does not always develop loudly or overnight. With the right environment, guidance, encouragement, and strong foundations, something extraordinary begins to emerge.

This spring, we celebrate new beginnings, growing potential, and a generation of young leaders preparing to bloom. 🌿

🌳 CCSA Leaders Recognised for Their CreationCare Commitment

As part of the recent CCSA Conference in South Africa, several member ministries were presented with certificates recognising their completion of the CCI CreationCare Assessment and their commitment to becoming part of CCI CreationCare. A few members from ACC (West Africa) were celebrated too!

CreationCare was woven throughout the conference, encouraging leaders to consider how they can care more intentionally for God's creation through the stewardship of their camps, retreat centres, and ministry sites. It was encouraging to see so many ministries taking practical steps to reflect God's heart for creation in the places where they serve.

What if your internship was more than just gaining experience? What if it was a season of growth, mentorship, discipleship, adventure, and discovering God's purpose for your life?

The Moolmanshoek Leadership Development Centre Internship is open to young adults aged 18 to 30 from any country who are ready to be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually.

🌿 What you can expect:
β€’ Approximately 17 to 18 weeks of immersive learning and development
β€’ A strong focus on Christian leadership, personal growth, and discipleship
β€’ Outdoor and physically demanding experiences in the spectacular Moolmanshoek Private Nature Reserve
β€’ Meaningful mentorship and the opportunity to develop your leadership potential
β€’ A small, close knit group where you are genuinely known, supported, and invested in

We intentionally accept only 6 to 8 interns per semester. This allows our team to go beyond simply running a program. We want to know you, mentor you, walk alongside you, and see the Lord work through your life.

⏳ Duration: Approximately 4.5 months
🌍 Applicants: 18 to 30 years old, from any country
πŸ’ͺ Requirements: Good health, reasonable physical fitness, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
