Why would you join this winter retreat, how do we stand apart and offer unique experiences?

This escape to a secluded regenerative winelands farm allows you to show up as you are, no mask are façades required.
You don’t need to be especially good at anything, being authentically you is all that is required.

Our facilitation of the soma journey is by two of the purest, authentically trained and capable souls ever encountered and they will carry you safely through your mushroom journey transformation.

The quality of each session we offer will be given with my deepest love and dedication to the practice of yoga, breathwork and meditation. I share this because I use and love these practices myself. And…because they work. You will take home a bag of new skills to help you live a rich life and fulfilling life.

The land vibrates the frequency of its origin and redemption. We will learn how to work with land practices through a variety of engagements including plant cacao and other beautiful experiences.

The frame drum is the oldest known drum and has been found all over the world from Egypt, Turkey, Ireland, Russia, Greece, Mexico, Chile, Nepal, Italy, India and so many more, some even 8000 years old! Although the frame drum is universal, this workshop borrows with gratitude from Sioux and Lakota techniques.

During the workshop you can expect to have a lot of fun with the creation process. From weaving, wrapping and uniting the skin to the frame. You will also make a drumstick to create the rhythm of your drum. Throughout the workshop we will learn and share songs to sing with your drum.

For this workshop we have beautiful Eiland skins and Pine Frames.
