Our chef is committed to the preparation of fresh, al fresco dishes that combine the very best of traditional ingredients with exotic flavours, served in a vibrantly ambient setting. On selected evenings, sumptuous buffets and traditional bush “potjies” are also on offer. We pride ourselves of producing our fresh stock ourselves and try as best as possible on a one to one basis to create specific menus for our guests.
