Always a huzz and buzz (that means check in's and check out's) at the guesthouse.
A tip for bookings:
If you are a secretary and book for your boss (either direct or through another platform eg. Travelground) please put your boss's name and contact details and not your own.
We need to make contact directly with the guest in order to confirm the booking and also to send the location pin as well as communicate the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
If you are the wife and book for your husband, the same applies.
It just makes the communication so much easier!

Fridays are busy days - checking out and greeting guests that stayed the week (or more) whilst doing training courses, visiting their offices, coming to the exhibition at Gallagher Estate or facilitating their exhibition stalls.
