Situated on the Gonubie, East London, Eastern Cape oceanfront, 3 On Bayview boasts an idyllic location and offers comfortably furnished self-catering accommodation for 6 people just 50 m from the ocean. The main beach is only 900 m and a short walk over the Boardwalk away, and it can be seen from the apartment.

Enjoying a 180-degree sea view, the apartment is accessed by stairs. The apartment was designed with space in mind and comprises 2 luxurious, air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a spacious lounge with comfortable couches.

The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, as well as a single sleeper couch, and opens onto the balcony. The room also has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and a single sleeper couch is available in the lounge. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, and a toilet, and for convenience, percale linen is provided. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with washing-up facilities, a stove, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery, and meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use. A daily cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.

Guests can relax in the spacious lounge which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, Netflix, and Wi-Fi access, and opens onto the balcony which is furnished with a dining table and braai facilities, overlooking the ocean.

The apartment has a private entrance and secure parking in the garage is available as well as parking for trailers behind lock-up gates on the premises.

There are two local restaurants within walking distance and the Gonubie Hotel is only a little way away. Activities in the area include swimming, hiking, cycling and fishing. The unit is less than 15 minutes' drive from East London with all its shops.

Die woonstel het 'n 180°-uitsig oor die see en word via trappe bereik. Die woonstel is ontwerp om ruimte te skep en beskik oor 2 luukse slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, 'n oopplan-kombuis, -eetarea en ruim sitarea met gemaklike banke.

Die hoofslaapkamer het 'n koningingrootte-bed en 'n enkelslaapbank en bied toegang tot die balkon. Die kamer het ook 'n en suite-badkamer met 'n bad en 'n toilet. Die tweede slaapkamer het 'n koningingrootte-bed en daar is 'n enkelslaapbank in die sitarea. Die tweede badkamer het 'n stort en toilet. Perkaallinne word voorsien. Gaste moet net hul eie swemhanddoeke saambring.

Die oopplan-kombuis is volledig toegerus met opwasgeriewe, 'n stoof, mikrogolfoond, yskas-vrieskas, broodrooster, Nespresso-masjien, 'n ketel, eetgerei en breekware en maaltye kan by die eetkamertafel geniet word. Daar is ook 'n skottelgoedwasser, wasmasjien en 'n tuimeldroër. 'n Daaglikse skoonmaakdiens is op versoek teen ekstra koste beskikbaar.

Gaste kan in die ruim sitarea voor die TV met volledige DStv en Netflix ontspan en daar is gratis WiFi. Die sitarea bied toegang tot 'n balkon met 'n etenstafel en braaigeriewe, asook 'n uitsig oor die see.

Die woonstel het 'n privaat ingang en daar is veilige parkeerplek in die motorhuis, asook parkeerplek vir 'n sleepwa agter hekke, op die perseel.

Daar is twee plaaslike restaurante binne loopafstand, en die Gonubie Hotel is slegs ‘n klipgooi van die woonstel. Aktiwiteite in die area sluit swem, stap, fietsry en visvang in. Die eenheid is minder as 15 min se ry van Oos Londen af, met al sy winkels binne jou bereik.
