It is a double story house comprising of three Units
One at the top level (Unit 3A) and two at the bottom level (Unit 3B to the right and Unit 3C to the Left) On the top floor (Unit 3A) you have the beautiful views with:

A spacious second bedroom with two single beds. More than enough room to add a single bed (Extra)
Unit 3C has:
A well-equipped TV kitchen area with a 4 seat dining table. A spacious main bedroom with make-up table
So all three Units have:
A beautiful bathroom with bath and shower (2 door for private en-suite and other access)
A Queen bed
2 Single beds
In 3B two optional extra single beds are available in main and second rooms
Sleeper couch (Queen Size) – An optional extra – pay for linen
In 3A and 3B it can be utilized for 2 people, while in 3C it is recommended for one person only
Thus in total there is:
Bedding for 14 people
While sleeper couch space for 5 people. And:
Wi-Fi (In Process – Enquire availability)
DSTV Premium (For sport) as extra

Top Floor area = 115 m2. As big as a 3 bedroom house. Ground floor Area = 140 m2. Lt’s huge

There is plenty of space outside on the ground level, with parking within the perimeter
