Two evenings. One exceptional wine estate. A menu built around a 300g chargrilled ribeye and a flight of three Syrahs.
Join us in the Vinoteque on 28 and 29 May for an intimate dinner with Anthonij Rupert Wyne, opening with L'Ormarins Private Cuvée on arrival and moving through spiced aubergine pâté and garlic mushrooms paired with Altima Sauvignon Blanc, to the main event: A charred ribeye with herbed mash, roasted winter greens and fynbos butter, paired with a flight of Anthonij Rupert Syrah, Cape of Good Hope Syrah and Protea Shiraz.
To close, orange hazelnut truffles with meringue bark, ginger crumb and vanilla coconut ice cream, paired with L'Ormarins Muscat d'Alexandria.
