Here’s what David has to say about his experience so far:

David brings a wealth of hospitality experience to Old Mac Daddy. After completing his studies, he started his career at The Oude Werf in Stellenbosch, followed by five years at Arabella Hotel & Spa and eight years at Caledon Casino Hotel & Spa. Now, he’s here with us in the beautiful Elgin Valley, and we couldn’t be happier!

One of David’s favorite parts of the hospitality industry? Meeting new people from all walks of life. “That’s what makes this work so fulfilling,” he says.
