Located among the picturesque wooded hills that border the Palmiet River is the Elgin Hills Luxury Tented Camp. From the moment that you arrive here you will be stunned by the natural beauty of the estate, which has more than seven kilometres of river frontage. Overlooking the river, our luxury safari tents are serviced by our exceptional staff, who will go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable and as enjoyable as possible.
Our luxury tents have double/queen sized beds and sleep two, though additional beds for children can be added to the larger tents. Relax in the comfort of crisp white linen sheets. Each tent has its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. Gas heaters can be added to the tents at an additional cost.
The camp has a large luxury lapa fitted out with a lounge suite, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. Relax on the lapa’s sun deck and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Palmiet River that meanders below through a spectacular green valley dotted with trees. During the day you can hike through the eco-trails that ramble through the stunning estate.
