New Year's Eve at Pullman Cape Town City Centre is Africa Comes Alive: one evening to close out 2026 and welcome 2027.

Dinner at Stratus Restaurant brings live cooking, braai and spit-roast stations, and a feast laid out for sharing. Marimba and an African choir carry the evening from the first course.
