and again, the developments, reports and measures regarding the Corona Virus have made it impossible for international holidaymakers to travel to South Africa which again, resulted in countless short notice cancellations. As much as we feel and understand your disappointment, we are now in survival mode and we at "The Little Lemon Tree" have to try everything we can to save our business. For this reason we are changing our cancellation conditions with immediate effect: a booking with us will only be confirmed and guaranteed by us if the total value of the booking has been transferred to one of our accounts or paid in cash in advance and will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. Also, we will only accept bookings with a minimum period of 14 days.
Please enquire with me about our very reasonable monthly rates if you would like to take a longer "break", we look forward to spending time with you!

und wieder haben die Entwicklungen, Berichterstattungen und Massnahmen bezüglich des Corona Viruses das Reisen internationaler Urlauber nach Südafrika unmöglich gemacht und so sehr wir auch mit Euch, den Urlaubern, fühlen und Eure Enttäuschung nachvollziehen können, geht es bei uns nun ums Überleben und wir vom "The Little Lemon Tree" müssen händeringend alles versuchen um unser Geschäft zu retten. Aus diesem Grund ändern wir ab sofort unsere Stornobedingungen: eine Buchung bei uns wird nur noch und erst dann von uns bestätigt und garantiert wenn der Gesamtwert der Buchung vorab auf eines unserer Konten überwiesen oder in bar bezahlt wurde und wird im Falle einer Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet.
Ausserdem akzeptieren wir nur noch Buchungen mit einem Mindestzeitraum von 14 Tagen.
Bitte schreibt mich an um Euch nach unseren sehr günstigen Monatspreisen zu erkundigen wenn Ihr gerne mal eine längere "Auszeit" nehmen möchtet, wir freuen uns auf Euch!
