braai, pizza oven, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and fireplace. The villa was designed with a central courtyard, dividing 4 private en-suite bedrooms and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with beautiful sea views. Attention was given on the placeme

nt of the open plan living area that screens the courtyard from the prevailing wind. All areas invite northern sun that makes for almost perfect living conditions all year round. By dividing the bedrooms and open plan kitchen/living/dining a clear separation was created. By doing this you can easily retire to your private en-suite bedroom with no disturbances. You will arrive at the bottom of the property which is a remote controlled double garage, exit the garage go up a flight of stairs entering the
courtyard. The kitchen, dinning room and lounge is above the garage to the front of the property. (Open-plan dinning/ living area with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, fireplace, television & DSTV.) The courtyard has a swimming pool, braai facilities, pizza oven & bathroom with bath and toilet and an outdoor shower. The bedrooms are separate rooms to the back of the property looking out onto the swimming pool but still have sea views. Bedrooms
• 3 x 24m² Bedrooms with king-size beds, TV and en-suite bathrooms
• 1 x 24m² Bedroom with 2 x three quarter beds, TV and en-suite bathrooms
• All areas have a 180 degree ocean view

• Linen & bath towels provided. Swimming towels are not provided.
• House cleaning included for 3 days per week. Excluding weekends and public holidays. Washing & ironing of clothes excluded.

Access to the beach is across the road from the villa and our private beach stretches 20km from Glentana - Kleinbrak. Lovely for long peaceful walks.
