Forest Bird Lodge A secluded self catering Lodge in the heart of the natural rain forest of Magoebaskloof. This lodge is very peaceful and excellent for bird watchers.

The lodge is situated in the forest near a mountain stream that is heard from the patio. Birds can be spotted while walking in the forest along side the stream. Visiting samango monkeys can be seen foraging in the tress tops from the upstairs balcony. The nerina trogan frequently adds a flasch of colour to the garden, while Knysna Loeries are heard calling. illness of the night. The lodge has three bedrooms. Two share a bathroom and the third is en suite. There is a wood stove in the lounge which heats the whole lodge. A Log Cabin has been added to the accommodation on offer. It is built in the forest. It has two bedrooms on suite as well as outdoor showers attached to both bathrooms. It has a lounge and dinning area as well as a lovely big patio.
