While we are all still processing the bliss, magic & transformations - I would like to give a very special thank you a to:

- Chantel & The Pirie Family for the beautiful venue and staff for all their help with the accommodation, cleaning, arrangements etc.

- Colleen & her team for nourishing our bodies with a truly delicious wholesome vegetarian feast, and the bottomless coffee, tea, juice & fruit station.

for the canvas, brushes and creative accessories that enabled the “sip ń paint” self-expression workshop to be an afternoon of pure bliss with an explosion of colour and creativity.

for giving each guest an opportunity to experience Satyananda Yoga an inner awareness to discover the presence of ourselves through the koshas and learning about prana, renewal and regeneration through the Pawanmuktasana series.

and lastly but definitely not the least my behind the scenes angels: my right hand blankie roller and everything doer, my family, my website guru, my photographers, for carrying me through this retreat from day one of planning, all the help, love and endless encouragement and support!
