• Prize is non-transferable & not redeemable for cash
• Wedding date is subject to the availability of ALL participating suppliers
• If a supplier is unavailable on the chosen date, an alternative 2027 date must be selected or replacements arranged at the winner’s own cost
• THE VENUE reserves the right to amend giveaway details if necessary

The Venue will be closed on Monday the 27th of April, as well as Friday the 1st or May. We will resume all normal operations Saturday the 2nd of May.

No table bookings will be made without payment:

No payment means:
- no long tables & tiffany chairs under the trees
- no greenery
- no placemats
- no glasses etc.
Please do not ask our staff to compromise.

The table bookings only include the above mentioned items. Extra decor and setups will be arranged and done by the client themselves.
No extra food/ snacks allowed. Food will be ordered through the coffee shop from the menu.

We do allow customers to bring their own cake, (upon request only)
