Please pass along our gratitude to the staff and members of the sewer hotline at Overstrand Municipality.

We have been having ongoing problems with blockages on the sewer line and have had to call out the services on many an occasion.

We have been blown away by the prompt and efficient service and more impressed with the staff on duty.

They are helpful, polite and cheerful and always go the extra mile to make a really unpleasant experience a good one, even on weekends.

Their help has been incredible and being guest house it is more important than ever to get these problems dealt with sooner rather than later.

So a big thank you to all concerned.
