bathrooms kitted out in fluffy large bath sheets. Each cushion, chair, rug is selected and placed for your comfort and enjoyment. In fact, some of the items in the house date as far back to the days when granny Sheilagh, one of the original inhabitants of the house, arrived in Hermanus on an ox wagon. In addition to Pat’s Place our, four star bed and breakfast guest house, which sleeps 6 we have two other self-catering options on the property These include a self-catering Verandah House, which sleeps 8 and our self-catering Yacht House, more of a spacious cottage, which comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. Hermanus has the dual attraction of city amenities and conveniences while retaining its unique village-style identity and personality. It is arguably the best springboard from which to encounter the whale watching, dining, wine tasting, sites and activities experience for which the Cape is well known. BREAKING: MAGA pressure builds but Bishop Mariann Edgar Budde stands strong — refusing to back down after calling Donald Trump out to his face at the National Cathedral stating: "I won't apologize."

She's killing them with kindness and it's driving Republicans insane...

"I don't hate the president, and I pray for him. I don't feel there's a need to apologize for a request for mercy," Budde told NPR's All Things Considered.

"I regret that it was something that has caused the kind of response that it has, in the sense that it actually confirmed the very thing that I was speaking of earlier, which is our tendency to jump to outrage and not speak to one another with respect," she added. "But no, I won't, I won't apologize for what I said."

She voiced similar sentiments on MSNBC—

"We’re in a particularly harsh moment now when it comes to conversations around immigrant populations in our midst," Budde told Rachel Maddow. "And so that was the reason for the … tone I took now, but it could’ve been a very different tone in a different context."

The fact that Trump and his MAGA supporters are so incensed about Budde's sermon says far more about them than it does her. These so-called "Christians" were exposed to a message of love and mercy from a real Christian and it's breaking their brains.

"I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared. There are gay, le***an, transgender children, Democratic, Republican, independent families — some who fear for their lives," the reverend said as Trump sat in the pews.

"The people who pick our crops and clean our office buildings, who labor in poultry farms and meatpacking plants, who wash the dishes after we eat in restaurants and work the night shifts in hospitals — they may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals," she added.

Trump himself responded by attacking Budde as "nasty" and "not compelling or smart" after her moving sermon. This is the man that Evangelicals voted en masse to support. The hypocrisy is enough to churn your stomach.
