Falaza Game Park & Spa is looking for a passionate, professional, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal.

🌸 Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests enjoy a relaxing spa experience
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards in treatment rooms
• Promote spa products and treatments to guests
• Assist with bookings and daily spa operations when required

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
• Accredited qualification in Beauty Therapy / Somatology
• Minimum 2-year accredited diploma or certificate
• Recognised qualifications such as CIDESCO, ITEC, or SAAHSP will be advantageous
• Minimum 1–2 years spa therapist experience in a spa, lodge, or hospitality environment
• Experience in massage therapies, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and reliable
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and hospitality hours

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct informative and engaging game drives and bush experiences 🐘
• Share knowledge of wildlife, birdlife, ecology, and conservation with guests
• Ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional hospitality standards
• Assist with reserve maintenance and conservation activities 🌱
• Conduct boat cruises, guided walks, and game drives 🚤
• Create memorable wildlife experiences for local and international guests 📸

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• FGASA Level 2 qualification (minimum requirement)
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Valid Driver's License with PDP
• Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and guiding ethics 🐾
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills 💬
• Minimum 2 years guiding experience in a lodge or game reserve environment
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and hospitality hours

⭐ Preferred / Advantageous Qualifications
• Skipper's License for conducting boat cruises
• Strong birding knowledge or recognised birding specialist qualification
• Rifle competency / ARH qualification advantageous
• Experience hosting international guests
