e is also included which is fully air conditioned, has an open plan kitchen, dining room with seating for 12, inside/outside bar, lounge with large screen TV and full dstv, all with sliding doors that open up onto the deck with sparkling pool that overlooks the waterhole where the animals come to drink. There is also a fire pit under the stars which is perfect for winding down with a few drinks in the evenings. The entire lodge is also fully serviced daily. The park has no large predators, and is therefore ideal for walks and birding. It has giraffe, wildebeest, nyala, warthog, impala, zebra, duiker, kudu etc. All you have to bring is your food. I assure you, it truly is a very special place!

Every lodge has a favourite spot. At Khangela, it's the deck.

It's where mornings begin. Where coffee tastes better. Where books get finished. Where conversations last longer than expected.

And where complete strangers become silent for a moment because a giraffe has just appeared in the distance.
