This we show love to two of our friends on the reserve who are easy to identify from behind. The wild dog and waterbuck are different in many ways, but did you know that both species have unique white markings. The wild dog has a white tip on its tail and the waterbuck has a white ring on its rearview. Which one of these beautiful creatures are you looking forward to seeing on your next visit?

While you are enjoying this beautiful camp you would want to know about our giant Baobab on the farm.This magnificent Upside Down tree can be described as a grizzled, distorted old goblin. The girth of a giant, the hide of a rhinoceros with twiggy fingers clutching at empty air. This tree is thousands of years old and sets the stage for a fascinating story of intrepid explorers and hunters who sat under the tree for shelter and shade.
While taking in the view of the tree and the magnificent panorama, enjoy delicious farm fresh fare, which includes savoury and sweet pancakes, homemade ginger beer, lemonade and passion fruit juices, and the ultimate “lekker sterk boere koffie” at our farm restaurant.
