๐ฆ๐ฟ A Hundred Years Wild ๐ฟ๐ฆ
This year marks a remarkable milestone โ 100 years of Kruger National Park, one of the world's greatest conservation success stories. ๐
A century ago, visionary conservationists fought to protect a vast stretch of African wilderness for future generations. What began with just a handful of visitors has grown into an iconic sanctuary where lions still roar, elephants still follow ancient pathways, and nature continues to unfold much as it has for thousands of years.
For those of us living and working in the Greater Kruger, this centenary is more than a celebration of a park โ it's a celebration of a living legacy. A legacy built by rangers, conservationists, scientists, communities, and everyone who has played a role in protecting this extraordinary wilderness. ๐๐
At Pezulu Tree House Lodge, we are proud to be part of this story. Every sunrise game drive, every wildlife encounter, and every guest who falls in love with the African bush helps keep the spirit of conservation alive.
As Kruger enters its second century, we celebrate not only what has been preserved, but what still lies ahead โ future generations hearing lions at night, watching elephants at waterholes, and experiencing the same sense of wonder that has captivated visitors for 100 years.
Here's to a century of wildness... and the next hundred years to come. ๐
