Courtship in the wild.

A male and female may spend several days together during a mating period. During this time, they’ll mate, rest and move through the reserve together, sometimes remaining close to the pride and at other times separating themselves.

It’s another side of lion behaviour we don’t see every day — fascinating to witness, and perhaps the very beginning of the pride’s next generation.
