Our Story

Set deep in the heart of the South African bush, you will find this beautifully developed Eco-friendly Big 5 Safari Bush Camp. When booking Nyumbani, you do not just have access to one Chalet, you book the entire Camp. Yes, this means if you choose to travel alone, as a couple, or a group of four adults, we guarantee there will not be any other guests. This ensures a highly exclusive, discerning, and private African safari adventure.

Nyumbani Estate is located in the Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve to the Big 5 (Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, and Rhino), approx. 12 000 hectares, providing a very personalised high service value for travellers who either love and appreciate Africa, or, wish to fulfil their long-time dream of having an African safari.
