This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is ready to become part of a close-knit team in the beautiful Kalahari.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Is able to work hospitality hours
✔ Is honest and reliable
✔ Is eager to learn
✔ Is passionate and hardworking
✔ Loves nature
✔ Has basic computer skills
✔ Works well in a team
✔ Has a valid driver's licence
✔ Speaks both Afrikaans and English
✔ Has basic administration skills
✔ Can manage stock and staff
✔ Has good sales skills
✔ Is a non-smoker

About the role:

As our Lodge Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable stay. You'll oversee staff, manage stock, handle administration, assist with sales, and help maintain the high standards and welcoming atmosphere that Kalahari Erfenis is known for.
