Auction Rules

1. General Terms

- By participating in this auction, all bidders agree to abide by these rules and any additional terms published by the auctioneer.

- The auctioneer reserves the right to amend, clarify, or update these rules at any time.

2. Bidding

- Only bids placed in the comment section of each photo will be considered. Please don't comment your bid on the post itself or send a DM/WA message.

- Each new bid must meet or exceed the stated minimum bid increment.

- The auctioneer reserves the right to reject bids deemed not in good faith.

- A reserve price may be set on certain items. If bidding does not meet the reserve, the item will not be sold.

- The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bid.

4. Winning Bids & Invoicing

- Successful bidders will receive confirmation via Facebook Messenger, within 4 hours of the auction closing.

- Clients must then provide all the needed information for an invoice to be created.

- An invoice will be issued within 2 days of receiving the information.

- The invoice must be settled by EFT within 7 business days.

- Failure to make payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of the sale.

5. Payment

- Payment must be made in full by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

- No items will be released until payment reflects in the auctioneer’s bank account.

6. Pick-Up & Delivery

- Buyers are responsible for collection or arranging delivery of purchased items.

- Collection/delivery must be completed within 7 business days of payment.

- Any delivery costs are for the buyer’s account, unless otherwise stated.

- Aurora can assist with delivery at an additional cost.

- Items not collected within the timeframe may be subject to storage fees.

7. Condition of Items

- All items are sold “as is” with no warranties or guarantees unless expressly stated.

- Bidders can request additional information/photos during the auction via DM.

- No refunds or returns will be accepted once the sale is finalized.

8. Auctioneer’s Discretion

- The auctioneer’s decision on all matters is final, including disputes, bid validity, and item withdrawal.

- The auctioneer reserves the right to extend or close bidding at their discretion.

9. Liability

- The auctioneer is not responsible for errors in bidding, internet disruptions, or technical malfunctions.

- Buyers assume all risk once items are collected or delivered.
