Autumn at Amanzi and sad we have no guests to enjoy the tranquility. Rob and i look forward to welcoming guests back once again after this dreadful virus has run its course. Feeling heart sore for the masses in South Africa who live in confined spaces with no income for who knows how long.... KEEP SAFE! Please don’t forget Amanzi!

Did you see a skyfull of butterflies today? The brown-veined White butterflies migrate every year midsummer - or rather emigrate, as they fly one way dying at the end of their journey. Along the way they lay masses of eggs ensuring next years population. I find it amazing that they come from the desert areas of the Northern Cape and head towards Madagascar. .guesthouse .guesthouse
