Newlands Country Lodge is situated just outside the town of Kimberley, within close proximity to the Big Hole, and offers comfortable accommodation in well-maintained, self-catering units. Accommodation is offered in eight 2-bedroom units which can accommodate up to 4 guests in each. The eight 2-bedroom units have access to their own private entrances and patios, and comprise bathrooms with shower
s, kitchenettes and lounge areas. The units are serviced daily and are equipped with fridges, kettles, gas stoves, microwaves, and cutlery and crockery. TVs with limited channels, air-conditioners and electric blankets will make your stay even more enjoyable. Each unit offers a lovely built-in braai on the stoep where guests can sit back en enjoy sun-downers watching the sun set over the dam. There are also 2 larger units which can accommodate larger groups of guest. These are very well suited for groups of contractors, youth-groups or class reunions. The 2 units both have their own private entrances, bathrooms, kitchenettes and dining areas. Each unit has access to their own braai area and beautiful communal garden. Please note that linen and towels are not provided in these units. Should you require linen and towels please request it with the quotation request. Our newly added double-rooms offer the perfect overnight destination for the tired traveler. Revitalize in a comfortable double bed with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and lounge area. The units have kettles, microwaves, TVs and fridges, and a small stove can be arranged on request. Discounted rates can be negotiated for bookings longer than 10 days. Washing and Catering facilities are available on request. Breakfast packs and pre-packed meals can be provided but only by prior arrangement. Let us assist in fulfilling your accommodation needs!

Realizing the need for affordable LONG AND SHORT TERM Rental / Contractor's accommodation in Kimberley we started off with 8 newly built two- bedroom units.
We soon understood that the need was bigger than that, and proceeded with the renovation of existing structures. We now offer accommodation in 19 self-catering units, all with private entrances and private bathrooms.
All our units are fully functional for self-catering and fitted with stoves, fridges, microwaves, kettles, television sets, cutlery, crockery and braai facilities. New additions are added on a regular basis.

Newlands Country Lodge is situated on a farm on the outskirts of the historic town of Kimberley about 10 km from the CBD , offering affordable self-catering farm stay accommodation for single persons, couples, or families. Well suited for school groups, students, church groups, or contractors.
The lodge is located just off the N12, perfect for an overnight or longer stay en-route from Gauteng to Western Cape, with alternative entry route via Midlands Road, on the way to Upington and Namibia.
The lodge comprising 19 units offers a lovely farm atmosphere with stunning sunset views over the dam, units 1-8 and tranquil garden setting on all other units both settings offering peace and relaxation.
All with private entrances and bathrooms, kitchens are fully fitted with gas stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and cookware.
All units come equipped with a flat-screen TV with limited package DStv channels, of the units are air-conditioned.
Fans, heaters, electric blankets, irons and toasters are available on request, free of charge.
Two bedroom units (Units 1 - 8) with their lovely views over the farm and dam, while units 9 -19 consists of one bedroom and four bedroom units tranquil shaded garden area where you can relax under the trees.
On-site amenities include a braai area, wheelchair friendly, pet-friendly, a jungle gym and secure safe undercover parking available for motor vehicles, bikes, trucks, trailers and caravans, with 24 hour security guards on site.
