COKE CHICKEN WINGS

This recipe can also be used for ribs.

INGREDIENTS
250 ml brown sugar
1 can coke
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
30 ml soya sauce or worcester sauce or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 kg chicken wings

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot or casserole dish mix the brown sugar, coke, onions, garlic, the sauce of your choice, salt and pepper.
Stir until mixed.
Place chicken wings in sauce mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
To thicken sauce, mix in a bit of maizena to the mixture.
Serve with rice.
