I agree it’s all about discipline. The biggest challenge is to make yourself do things as you agreed with yourself and not to let people interrupt your own path you build yourself.

Last night BNI KZN hosted their annual (and utterly amazing) awards evening. Our fearless leader, BNI Crest Chapter president Darryn Le Grange from ActionCoach Kloof , Durban was the MC, and the perfeect man for the job! Not only that - he won the award for Best President, too! (We're not at all surprised, just very, very proud.)

Our amazing chapter won Best Chapter in KZN for member growth - well done, guys!

And well done to BNI: Velocity Chapter, who won best attendance. All in all, BNI KZN has a lot to celebrate this long weekend.

"A few years ago, while in my own BNI chapter, I found myself feeding the wrong wolf! I had been a member for 4 years, and had developed some strong relationships in the group, but I was frustrated! Every week, I was going through the motions, wondering why I wasn't even receiving referrals from my power team. I felt that the chapter was falling apart. It was so bad, that I was ready to walk away and join another BNI chapter. The only thing that kept me there was the fact that I was a BNI Director, and it would look terrible if I left!"
