The house sleeps eight in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. 3 DBL bedrooms in the main house with 2 full bathrooms. An enclosed sun room upstairs can be used for additional sleeping on a pull out couch. A separate cottage that sleeps 2 with an en suite shower and toilet is also available. The lounge, study and downstairs bedroom open onto the covered patio with views over lagoon. The patio has a 10 sea
ter table and chairs for al fresco dining. The lawn adjacent to the patio is perfect for kids to play, for sunbathing, an evening BBQ, a beautiful sunset or star gazing. The lawn stretches to the edge of the lagoon. The slipway on the side is perfect for beach access and as a sandpit for small children. A better way and place to end a day would be hard to find. The house itself is decorated simply with a feeling of home comforts. It includes DSTV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player and DVD's. There are plenty of books to read. From the dining room there is a covered patio to the north side leading to a private garden. This is sheltered from the wind and a great place for an afternoon read. There is off street parking for 2 cars behind an auto gate and plenty of shaded street parking. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac allowing absolute peace and tranquility.
