Yesterday, our resident lion pride gave us a very special surprise by bringing their new cubs out in front of the lodge for the very first time.

What an incredible privilege to witness this moment in the wild. We can only hope they remain in the area so that we have the opportunity to watch these little ones grow up over the coming months.
Moments like these are what make life on the edge of Kruger National Park so unforgettable.

This was such an interesting sighting a couple of months ago

On the S25 in Kruger, a blind lioness found herself surrounded by a curious clan of hyenas. Despite her vulnerability, the hyenas circled cautiously before moving on, leaving her to an uncertain fate.
