Our velvety spinach soup brings a quiet comfort to cooler days. Silky and rich, it is finished with whipped feta, basil oil, and crisp parmesan croutons, and served with warm sourdough on the side.

Alongside it, this week’s chef’s choices continue the story.

Asian-style fish cakes with a delicate spice profile, served with crisp coleslaw and a glossy soy glaze.
