A weekend for making, learning and staying a little longer.

This September, Koringberg becomes the setting for two days of figure drawing and experimental printmaking as artist Clare Menck hosts a coached Figure Drawing & Upcycled Printmaking Workshop at The Trading Post, right across from Marrian George.

Taking place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, the workshop welcomes both beginners and experienced artists, with two days of drawing, printmaking and working with unexpected materials. There will be figure models, drawing materials, creative experimentation and even a pasta machine turned makeshift printing press.

And because some weekends are better when you make a proper escape of them, there are special Marrian George accommodation packages available for workshop attendees.

Spend the day making something with your hands, wander across for a good meal, settle into the hotel for the evening and wake up ready for another day of creativity.
