Today we celebrate someone who is so much more than the friendly face behind our reception desk.
Juanita, you are such a special part of our Crystal Rose family.
You welcome every guest with warmth and a smile, answer every call and message with patience and care, and somehow manage to keep everything together — even on the busiest of days.
But it is not only what you do that we appreciate.
It is the love and heart you put into doing it.
You care about our guests.
You care about Crystal Rose.
And you care about all of us.
Your kindness, loyalty, laughter and beautiful heart have become part of what makes Crystal Rose feel like home.
Today we simply want to say:
