One boss. Zero cooperation. 😂🦎

Mr Meer Du Kat called a five-minute staff meeting… but his garden team has a rather relaxed approach to management.

At least someone has learnt the most important lesson: spoil the guests. The extra shift? That’s another story. 🤣

🌿 Ignore the lizard. Enjoy the tranquillity. Welcome to Eldorado Lodge.

🐶🦎ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL… EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT ELDORADO LODGE! 😂🐾

Our furry Head of Guest Relations was caught welcoming a rather unusual visitor with his Human Mum to the garden! 🌿

No luggage. No reservation. No credit card. And not even a pair of shoes! 😱🤣

But hey… at Eldorado Lodge, Kuruman, we believe everyone deserves a warm welcome — even if you arrive on four legs with a VERY long tail! 🦎❤️

🌸 Beautiful gardens?

🦎 Unexpected visitors? Apparently, YES! 😂

🦙 Room inspection. Very serious business.
Until the inspectors get comfortable… 😴😂

Albert and Alihasie have appointed themselves Eldorado Lodge’s unofficial room inspectors. Mr. M Du Kat has questions. They claim to have extensive experience in lying down. 🕶️📋

Watch until the end for their professional verdict! 👀

Who’s your travel partner who would call a nap a “deep-rest assessment”? 😂

🦙🕶️ NOT ON THE LIST. STILL MAKING AN ENTRANCE.

Matric farewell celebrations brought the glamour to Eldorado Lodge this week… and Albert and Alihasie brought themselves. 😂✨

🎩 Meer Du Kat: “You’re not on the list.”
🦙 Albert: “We’re on the poster.”

Hard to argue with that kind of confidence! 🤣

To everyone who celebrated their matric farewell with us—thank you for making Eldorado part of your memories. 💛📸

Would you let these two through, or back Meer Du Kat and his clipboard? 👇😂

📋 This meeting could wait. The alpacas certainly think so. 🦙😂

Meer Du Kat called a very important meeting about switching off…

One colleague brought snacks. The other brought an enormous yawn. Apparently, the relaxation department is already ahead of schedule. 😴🌿

Sound like the kind of meeting you need? Swap the deadlines for a little downtime at Eldorado Lodge, Kuruman. 🧳☀️

💛 THE HEARTBEAT OF ELDORADO LODGE 💛
Reception is so much more than a desk and a telephone.

It’s where we get to know our guests, where questions are answered, plans come together, and a helping hand is never far away.

It’s the link between our guests, our team and everything happening behind the scenes — making sure that all the little pieces come together to create a comfortable stay.

Today, we introduce you to one of the friendly faces behind our reception desk, as Yolanda Ani gives you a little glimpse into what happens at the heartbeat of Eldorado Lodge. 💛

Because hospitality starts with people — and reception is where so many of those connections begin.
