Some of our campers headed out to experience the true WILDCAMPING side of the farm — wide-open spaces, peaceful surroundings, and the raw beauty of the Moordenaarskaroo.

This is what wild camping is all about: getting away from the crowds, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying the freedom of the great outdoors! 🔥🌅

Today on the Buffelsrivier Horse Adventures horse group this bird was found in our riverbed. It's something we haven't seen yet on the farm is it normal to get this in the Karoo ?

A VERY SPECIAL WEEKEND AT BUFFELSRIVIER CAMPING! - Nuts & Bolts Rally

This past weekend brought some much-needed Karoo rain — and we were lucky enough to welcome the Nuts & Bolts Rally to Buffelsrivier Camping!

🚗💨 Amazing cars
🔥 A proper Karoo potjiekos
🌌 An overnight stay under the Karoo skies
😂 Great people, great stories and plenty of good times!

There’s something truly special about seeing beautiful cars and amazing people coming together, enjoying the farm, the rain and everything the Karoo has to offer.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible, and especially to the Nuts & Bolts Rally for choosing Buffelsrivier Camping as one of your stops. We hope to see you all again soon! 🙌
