Cheffie Dinner to welcome our Belgian and Austrian Guests! Mains: Truffel Risotto
With steamed chicken roll stuffed with feta, olives and coriander pesto. Baked potatoes, lemon carrots; asparagus with hollandaise sauce.
Dessert: Madeira cake soaked in Port, topped with choc mousse, fresh strawberries, chantilli cream and melted dark choc - drizzled with strawbeŕry confit and créme anglaise!

Another successful catered event @ Twinz Place. West Coast Friends and Family celebrated with Vera and Cedric to congratulate them with the pending arrival of their 1st son and we also managed to surprise Cedric for his Birthday!
