If you enjoy meeting new people and keeping things running smoothly under pressure, this could suit you. Guests often meet you first, so a calm, organised manner matters as much as a warm welcome.

What you'll need:
At least one year's experience in a similar role
Grade 12, hospitality qualification an advantage
Comfortable with Outlook, Excel and booking software
Clear communication, in person and on the phone
Able to work weekends, holidays and shifts
Calm, accurate and good at solving problems
