Kingfisher Cottage is a 4 sleeper unit with built in braai on a fully enclosed veranda. The folding doors open onto a beautiful lawn and offers stunning views of the dam. We have bass fishing available for fishing enthusiasts, a kayak to keep the kids busy, and our Nguni herd is often grazing nearby. An ideal family break away for a weekend or the school holidays. Only 35 Min drive from Pietermaritzburg, and 1 hour 15 min from Durban and close to the many Meander activities, Private Schools and Wedding Venues.

We are proud to introduce our brand-new Kingfisher Cottage at Pennygrove Farmhouse & Cottages! This 4-sleeper unit has a beautiful, enclosed veranda with folding doors - giving you 180-degree views of the farm and beautiful views of the dam. With an indoor braai/fireplace, gas stove, gas geyser and an inverter - no electricity is no problem! This unit has a queen size bed with electric blankets to keep you cozy on those chilly Midlands winter evenings, and an aircon for warm summer days. The small second bedroom has a bunkbed suitable for 2 children, making this beautiful cottage an ideal couples- or family break away. We look forward to hosting you soon!
