Wild life at Jackal Hill and surrounding area include Impala, Blesbok, Jackal, Warthog, Serval, small Antelope, Porcupine, Tortoise, Rabbit and other various smaller

animals, plus a wide array of bird life. At night if you sit outside quietly by the fire you will often hear the call of the Jackal or other wild animals. There is a 2km walk around the farm where you can safely view and enjoy the wild life. Jackal Hill is perfectly situated to offer guests a multitude of activities and attractions in close proximity - Sterkfontein Caves; Rhino & Lion Nature Reserve; Croc city crocodile farm; Lesedi Cultural Village; Maropeng Visitor Centre - to name a few.
