Happy birthday to us 🎂

22 years ago, it all started with one event in Bushy Park, 13 finishers and five volunteers.

Today, nearly 13 million people are registered across more than 3,000 locations worldwide 🤯

What a journey it’s been 🧡

🚨 CHECK YOUR ICE DETAILS! 🚨

If something happened to you at parkrun, would we know who to contact?

Take a minute to log in to your parkrun profile and check your ICE (In Case of Emergency) details. Make sure the name and contact number are correct and up to date.

It could be one of the most important updates you make to your profile. ❤️

Check it. Update it. Then get back to parkrun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
