- Your dates will only be secured after a 50% deposit is received.
- Check-in time 15H00 - 19H00.
- Check-out time 07H00 - 10h00.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- No visitors or additional overnight guests are allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking is completely prohibited inside the unit.
- Please bring your own swimming towels for swimming.

o loud noise or disturbing the other guests are allowed.
- Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am.
- If you break or damage something, you will be liable for its replacement
or repair.
- Social-distancing and other COVID-19-related guidelines apply.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation 48 hours before the check-in date will be 100% refundable.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the check-in date will be
non-refundable. WITH CHECK-IN PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ALL THE RULES AND CONSEQUENCES IN THE INFORMATION BOOK PROVIDED IN THE UNIT.
