Casa Vermelha is a self-catering holiday home located within the secure Xai Xai Eco Estate along the beachside Rua de Marginal. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with beds specifically for 2 - 4 children. There is easy access to restaurants and swimming beaches, either on foot or by car. The beaches lie within a reef, meaning that the waves are generally gentle and swimming is delightful
in the warm, clear water. Casa Vermelha is fully air-conditioned in all rooms to maintain guests' comfort even in the heat of summer. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, with a third bathroom available for guests in the remaining bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature queen-size beds, with the fourth being made up of two single beds, and a sleeper couch. The beds are fitted with mosquito nets for guests' comfort, though the use of prophylaxis for malaria is strongly recommended. The house features a wrap-around deck with ocean views and strong design elements to really bring the outside colours and light into the cool and restful interior. For guests hoping to have a quick dip to cool off, there is also a short path directly from the deck leading to the estate swimming pool. There is complimentary wifi and the services of our friendly and knowledgeable house manager, Reginaldo. The house is equipped with several fridges and freezers, a gas stove and oven, microwave, and a gas braai (barbeque). Reginaldo provides daily housekeeping services (including dishes) and changes the linens and washes other laundry on a weekly basis. Should the weather be inclement, guests are invited to use the DSTV and provided media, or else the available board games, to entertain themselves.
