📢 We’re Hiring!

Sudwala Lodge currently has two vacancies available:

1. Reception Supervisor
Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ reception experience. CVs from applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be reviewed.

2. Maintenance Worker
Applicants must have relevant experience in plumbing, electrical work, building, repairs or general maintenance. CVs without maintenance-related experience will not be considered.

Please note that the Maintenance Worker vacancy is not a general worker or gardening position.

WE ARE HIRING!

Sudwala Lodge is looking for a professional, organised and customer-focused Receptionist Supervisor to lead our front-desk team and ensure the smooth running of daily reception operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
✔️ Supervising, training and supporting reception staff
✔️ Managing staff schedules and daily duties
✔️ Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
✔️ Managing calls, emails, bookings and correspondence
✔️ Handling appointments, records and general administration
✔️ Working across multiple computer systems
✔️ Completing daily cash-ups and handling money accurately
✔️ Resolving customer concerns professionally
✔️ Working closely with other departments
✔️ Attending meetings and preparing reports
✔️ Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• Previous reception, administration or customer-service experience
• Supervisory or team-lead experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email
• Ability to work across multiple systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Cash-handling and cash-up experience
• Professional appearance and manner
• Willingness to work long or extended hours when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
