We visit the hotel regularly for their dinner specials & have never been slightly disappointed.
With this event, each & staff member was so friendly every step of the way of our event planning. Christine & Nadia deserve a special mention. They showed so much care, gave 110% of their very best & felt like they exceeded what was expected of them in everything they did for me. Atlantic Beach Hotel: u came out on top again

A huge thanks to Atlantic Beach Hotel for hosting our AGM on Wednesday 4th October - we at Peanut Animal Welfare are very grateful for your support.
I've stayed here on three different occasions and this will be my last time. I question this hotels 4 stars. They don't clean the carpets, i walk around my room and by the time i get into bed my feet are DIRTY! Each time I've had aircon problems, I know it can happen, but all three times? Good luck during peak times. In my opinion the management of the hotel are to blame and don't even work on a weekend(maybe just in the quiet period?) so try to get assistance then. When the hotel is quiet, they don't put out the continental buffet and make you order from the menu. When you do so and ask for a cheese selection, you get one slice of cheddar...great selection. When asked why, the reply is: cost saving....but you don't get a saving on your account? Worst WI-FI ever! The parking bay gets locked in the evenings but when you try to get in after 09h00 PM...you wait...there is no one to open and the intercom is always broken...and you wait. The only upside to this hotel is its staff (ex management) So if you prepared to spend "4" star prices for a poor overall experience then this is the hotel for you.
