Enjoy a true Karoo farm experience while staying at our beautiful, tranquil, quiet and safe Welvanpas Guest Farm. Situated 14km north of Middelburg (Eastern Cape) on the N9 and 73 km South from Colesberg. Follow a well maintained gravel road for 2 km, passing tranquil farm surroundings to reach our beautiful old farmhouse surrounded by the beauty of mountains and huge trees. Welvanpas is ideal for

a quick overnight or even a longer stay to properly take in the mountain-fresh air and stunning views of the quiet Karoo. We offer guests three star accommodation (2 double and 3 family rooms), a covered braai area, limited DStv channels, free Wi-Fi, and a menu of delicious farm style meals. Guests can cool off in the pool, explore the farm on their mountain bikes and nature lovers/ bird watchers can take unguided day hikes on the farm. We have a list of 160 different bird species identified in the Pentad we fall in. The caravan and camping sites are covered with grass and equipped with electricity and braai facilities. The ablution facilities are of a high standard and equipped with hot water. The area is extremely rich in history that took place around the Anglo-Boer War and the British (1899 - 1903). Middelburg is the perfect sleepover for exploration of the enviroment and other activities offered in the area.
