Today we celebrate an incredible member of the Monate family – Caroline Melelwe.

Since joining Monate Game Lodge in 2014, Caroline's journey has been one of dedication, perseverance, and continuous growth. She started as a Housekeeper and moved to the restaurant as a waitress and in 2018 settled into her current role as Spa Therapist.

Recognizing Caroline's passion and potential, Monate proudly sponsored her Spa Therapy studies, where she successfully earned her certification. Since becoming a full-time Spa Therapist in 2018, she has consistently delivered exceptional care and memorable experiences to our guests.

Caroline's story is a wonderful reminder that with passion, hard work, and the right opportunities, careers can flourish. We are incredibly proud to have watched her grow over the years and are grateful for the commitment, warmth, and professionalism she brings to the Monate family every day.
