Our iconic Cave has undergone a beautiful refurbishment — and the result is simply spectacular.

Set against sweeping panoramic views of the bushveld, the Cave offers one of the most breathtaking vantage points at Monate Game Lodge.

The upgraded Cave now features a waterproof stretch tent for all-weather use, new decking and enhanced lighting along with a 7m bar, perfect for all functions.
The Cave is more than just a space — it is an experience shaped by nature.

From hive to harvest 🍯🐝

Established in 2021, the Monate Game Lodge Bee Farm has been producing delicious harvests of pure, raw honey straight from the wild African bushveld. Our Monate Gold is 100% raw honey — as natural as nature intended.
Carefully harvested and bottled with nature in mind, every spoonful captures the rich flavours of the Limpopo bushveld.
