SHIPWRECK at Diaz Beach, Mossel Bay! 😱🚢

Have you ever seen this wreck? This wreck is mostly covered in sand and only shows every few years. We normally only see a little point sticking out in very low tides. This is most like the wreck of Rosebud. Rosebud sunk on 30 August 1888 at Dias Beach on the way from Calcutta to Cape Town.

How unbelievable is this? 😲 Just imagine diving to see this wreck… 😍🤩

Departing every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, except during the December school holiday season (details below), our train leaves Hartenbos station at 09:00 sharp. We make a delightful stop at Great Brak for breakfast, either at the Seeplaas restaurant or the Opispoor Pub & Grill (depending on availability).
Afterwards, we head to the Glentana viewpoint, where we turn around and head back to Hartenbos, arriving around 12:30.

Ticket Prices: R225 per person (Includes VAT); children 2 years and younger can sit on laps for free. Online reservations close at midnight the day before the trip.
(Restaurant expenses are not included.)

*Note: During the December school holiday season (December 11th to January 13th), our schedule changes:

Hartenbos ➡️ Great Brak River:
• 08:00 - 08:30
• 11:00 - 11:30
• 14:00 - 14:30
• 16:15 - 16:45

Great Brak River ➡️ Hartenbos:
• 09:15 - 09:45
• 12:30 - 13:00
• 14:45 - 15:15
• 17:45 - 18:15
